Tomorrow is the start of Nanowrimo, and I’m ready with a plan. I work in a hotel so my work schedule is generally all over the place. I want to get off to a good start. That’s why I’m scheduling all my writing sessions this week. It’s the only way I’ll realistically be able to get any writing done.

I’m posting my writing schedule here to keep myself accountable.

Saturday: Get up early and write before work. I have to write before work because I won’t be home until 8:30, and I have to get up at 5am for work on Sunday.

Sunday: Write after work. I’ll be home by 4pm, and have time to write in the evening. Continue reading “Nanoplan”


Nanowrimo and Character Development


I’m thinking of making another attempt at Nanowrimo this year. I’ve tried it a couple of time, but anytime I’ve tried, I’ve always failed.

But this year I want to try again.

I’ve never actually tried to make a plan for it before. Usually I forget, or put off thinking about it until it’s already November, and I’m already behind. Or I remember on the 1st, but have no idea what to write about.
